The Entrepreneurial Operating System™ (EOS) was created by Gino Wickman to help entrepreneurial organizations clarify, simplify, and achieve their vision. At 21 years old, Gino dedicated his life to entrepreneurial endeavors and to learning about how businesses thrive. After running, turning around, and successfully selling the family business and transitioning in the new leadership team; being a board member and one of the original 10 members of his chapter of The Entrepreneurs' Organization; delivering over 600 full-day sessions with leadership teams of more than 60 companies; and working with hundreds of leaders from a broad variety of industries, Gino Wickman created EOS and further dedicated himself to helping entrepreneurs and their organizations grow. Having discovered the impact EOS has on companies, Gino Wickman joined forces with Don Tinney, another successful entrepreneur, to build an organization to deliver EOS to entrepreneurs all over the world.
