THE EOS PROCESS™ delivers all the Toolbox tools at the right time to achieve the best results. The process empowers your leadership team to crystallize and get on the same page with the VISION of the organization, execute better, and create TRACTION toward that vision and become a more HEALTHY and cohesive team. From there, as goes the leadership team, so goes the company.

The process begins with the 90-Minute Meeting to introduce your leadership team to EOS. If your leaders and the EOS Implementer believe it makes sense to move forward, we advance to the Focus Day, a full day with your leadership team working "on" the business, customizing the first set of foundational tools. You then take these tools back into your business and use them to experience real traction.

In about 30 days, we meet again for our first day of vision building, getting your leadership team 100 percent on the same page with where your organization is going and how it is going to get there. In each session, we work with tools that clarify and simplify everything. Again, we break for about 30 days to give you a chance to use your new tools "in" the business and then come back together to complete our second day of vision building. With your vision clear and all foundational tools in place, you simply execute your plan in a 90-Day World. We then meet once every quarter for full-day quarterly planning sessions and once every year for a two-day annual planning session to work "on" your business.

You become a strong, healthy, cohesive leadership team that executes well. By implementing this operating system in every part of the organization, you will get everyone rowing together in the same direction to achieve your vision. It's simple, powerful, and effective. The day comes when you no longer need the support of the EOS Implementer and you continue running on your own.
